Are these definitely IP66? I was under the impression they were IP 65, as IP 66 fixtures are fully submersible and waterproof. Can you confirm I take this LED underwater and still have full IP 66 protection?

Also, are you able to give more details on where your diodes were manufactured – to my knowledge Philips do not manufacture LED diodes.

Please confirm on the 2 above points.
