The NugSmasher® PRO is a 20 Ton Pneumatic (or manual) operated Rosin Press manufactured and assembled in Corona, CA. It is constructed of solid steel with T6 6061 Aluminum pressing plates and control panel bezel. The frame is fully fabricated and CNC machined in-house. We back each NugSmasher® with an unmatched warranty on every component of the system and we are available to support our customers by phone, email or in person during normal business hours.
Extraction Plates are installed with machined alignment assemblies on both sides of the lower plate. These assemblies allow perfect alignment every time. All platen styles are setup to accommodate 3 heating elements in each of the top and bottom plates. Standard installed heaters are 160W ea (480W per plate total), which allows the unit to warm up to useable temps in as little as 5 – 10 minutes and also allows the unit to operate on less than 9 amps of power.
A built in pressure gauge lets you track results as you dial your process in and allows for more repeatable results. Custom machined handles for manual operation and pressure release are standard with every system. Individual circuit breakers help isolate any wiring related issues to minimize risk of shock and protect components on un-faulted circuits.
The NugSmasher® PRO makes use of simple, yet reliable Digital PID controllers NS710 . Top and bottom plates are individually controlled to ensure you are getting the right temps throughout the platen. Temperature can be set to read in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
NugSmasher® Pro can be used pneumatically with compressed air. Any air compressor with a working pressure between 90-120 psi and has a 3 gallon or larger tank works great. Recommended to be used with a water separator attached to the compressor and inlet size is 1/4 in -18 npt into machine. Air Compressor and water separator are not included with NugSmasher® purchase.

Orders for California are subject to Sales Tax
As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. Payment is captured as soon as the order is placed. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available, switch your product, or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for shipment we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment. Please see current estimated lead times on the product page for each product.

Some items take a bit longer to ship since they are built to order (i.e. ChilLED Tech, Trimmers, etc). We will send you tracking information as soon as it is available. We are based in Portland, Oregon with warehouses nationwide. We offer FREE shipping in the lower 48 states (sometimes to HI and AK, too) via FedEx, UPS, USPS or other major couriers (product/brand dependent). Expedited shipping is usually available for an extra cost. Contact us before your purchase if you prefer an expedited shipping method and we will get you a quote.
After the order is processed, allow 2 to 7 business days for the product(s) to reach you if shipped to a U.S. address. We can ship to PO boxes in some cases. We recommend using a street/residential address instead.
Nearly all of our brands can be shipped internationally using FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or other couriers.Most quotes can be obtained at checkout. If not, please email us to receive a shipping quote for lights shipped outside of the USA. You may also place an order on our online store for items that require a quote and we will notify you via email on the exact shipping costs.

If you need to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us ASAP. We charge a 2.9% (credit card), 3.5% (PayPal), 4.0% (PayPal International), 4.1% (American Express), or 6.5% (Shop Pay Installments or Sezzle) order cancellation fee after the order was received. We can accommodate most requests, but due to the different time zones and schedules that our warehouses ship from, sometimes the cancellation request may not reach the warehouse in time before the product ships. Once the item has been arranged to ship or has shipped, the package will be treated like a 'return' and is subject to ship-back fees and restocking fees. If you purchased 'Route Package Protection', this can not be refunded after the order has shipped.
All EZTrim orders are final and non-refundable or returnable.

Route Refunds vs Reorders
Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.
Reorders: Route will reorder the items, but please note that items can only be replaced depending on in-stock availability. All reorders have Route Shipping Protection added, for free!
