Light Efficacy Does Not Equal Results
Efficacy measures a light’s capacity for turning electrical energy into photons but does NOT measure the amount of photons that are usable to plants. Most high efficacy diodes are designed for home/office (not horticulture), and while they produce a lot of visible light, much of that light is not used by the plant and wasted as heat energy. Most white diodes are cheaper to produce and measure high in efficacy but use a spectrum that creates wasted light for plants.

We offer FREE shipping in the lower 48 states (sometimes to HI and AK, too) via FedEx, UPS, USPS or other major couriers (product/brand dependent). After the order is processed, allow 2 to 7 business days for the product(s) to reach you if shipped to a U.S. address. We can ship to PO boxes in some cases. We recommend using a street/residential address instead.

If you need to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us ASAP. We charge a 2.9% (credit card), 3.5% (PayPal), 4.0% (PayPal International), 4.1% (American Express), or 6.5% (Shop Pay Installments or Sezzle) order cancellation fee after the order was received. We can accommodate most requests, but due to the different time zones and schedules that our warehouses ship from, sometimes the cancellation request may not reach the warehouse in time before the product ships. Once the item has been arranged to ship or has shipped, the package will be treated like a 'return' and is subject to ship-back fees and restocking fees. If you purchased 'Route Package Protection', this can not be refunded after the order has shipped.

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.
Reorders: Route will reorder the items, but please note that items can only be replaced depending on in-stock availability. All reorders have Route Shipping Protection added, for free!
