As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our supplier(s) to confirm the product is in stock and is available for immediate shipment. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you immediately and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for processing.
If the order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card or PayPal, the product will ship within 3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information as soon as it is available from the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking info within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
Insurance: All shipped items are insured up to $500 when you 'opt-in' for 4X Buyer Protection. An email is/was sent to you after your purchase that allows you to activate this FREE service. To read the terms and conditions please visit 4X buyer Protection and click on the 'more info' button under Shipping Insurance at the bottom of the page. To submit a claim, please see the original email from 4X Buyer Protection that was sent to you after your purchase.
We ship most lights for FREE using standard ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an extra cost. Contact us before your purchase if you prefer an expedited shipping method. After the order is processed, allow 2 to 5 business days for the product(s) to reach you if shipped to a U.S address. We can ship to PO boxes, except when shipped via UPS.
Free shipping for orders over $100 is available in the contiguous 48 states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may warrant additional shipping charges. If ordering from Alaska or Hawaii, an invoice will be sent to you after your order is received to cover the additional charges. Or, if you are from one of these states, you may contact us for a shipping quote before your purchase.
Free shipping is not available on products that require a quote. Free shipping is also not available for Current Culture hydroponic products. Shipping fees will be assessed after your transaction (or contact us before your order for a quote.)
Nearly all of our brands can be shipped internationally using FedEx, UPS, USPS or other couriers. Please email us to receive a shipping quote for lights shipped outside of the U.S.
VAT, duties, and local charges may be due at delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
We offer HASSLE-FREE return shipping in the U.S. if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason. Many brands have a 90-day return policy. See our full Return Policy for rules and guidance on returning an item after purchase and for brand-specific return dates. A 10-20% restocking fee (depending on brand) may apply for returns within the dates of the return policy.
Items sold and/or advertised on our website from Amazon.com or other third party sites are not subject to our policies.
