As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm the product is in stock and is available for immediate shipment. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you immediately and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for immediate shipment (1-3 business days) we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment.
Most products ship within 1 to 3 business days from the date of your order (unless indicated on the product page). We will send you tracking information as soon as it is available. If you do not receive tracking info within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us via email.
We offer FREE shipping in the USA via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Expedited shipping is usually available for an extra cost. Contact us before your purchase if you prefer an expedited shipping method.
After the order is processed, allow 2 to 7 business days for the product(s) to reach you if shipped to a U.S. address. We can ship to most P.O. boxes, except when shipped via UPS.
Nearly all of our brands can be shipped internationally using FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or other couriers. Go through the checkout process to receive a shipping quote. We use a service called Webinterpret who acts as a parcel forwarder. They are a PayPal partner and are located in Folcroft, Pennsylvania, USA. Therefore, if you purchase a product through our international checkout system the item(s) will be shipped to the forwarding warehouse and then to you. In this case please allow a couple weeks (or more) for the products to reach you. Duties/taxes will be due at delivery when using the international checkout (parcel forwarding service).
If you do not want to use this service, email us to receive a shipping quote for items shipped outside of the United States. You may also place an order on our online store and shipping charges will be calculated and an invoice emailed to you to cover these charges.
Optic LED products ship FREE worldwide (to any country). A lower value for customs purposes is typically declared on these products.
Items shipped internationally from the US may have VAT, duties, taxes, and/or local charges due at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not LED Grow Lights Depot.
We offer HASSLE-FREE return shipping in the U.S. if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason. Many brands have a 90-day return policy. See our full Return Policy for rules and guidance on returning an item after purchase and for brand-specific return dates. A 10-20% restocking fee (depending on brand) may apply for returns within the dates of the return policy.
