The Universal Dimmer singal interface has been developed and tested to be compatible with a wide range of horticultural lights, including LED and dimmable HPS lights from the industry’s top manufacturers. Tested with major manufacturers of LED drivers, including Inventronics, Meanwell, Artesyn, Powerland, and others. Includes specialized support for signaling to large groups of dimto-off drivers, ensuring lights turn off reliably in critical production environments


Never manually program a lighting controller again with Software Defined Zoning. Zones can contain any number of Dimmers and can be reconfigured in minutes within the GrowFlux App.

1. Some power supplies built into lighting products are biased with a positive voltage on the dimming control terminals, preventing the control interface from reaching 0.00V. Electrical characteristics of some lights may prevent 0-10V line from reaching 10.00v; voltage at dimming control terminals at light is dependent on proper sizing of wiring.

2. The Universal Dimmer contains specialized hardware and firmware for enhanced dimming performance for large networks of lights - up to 50 lights. Actual quantity of lights supported by the Universal Dimmer may vary by lighting manufacturer.

3. Performance measured simulated loads on 0-10v interface; actual performance may vary by lighting manufacturer.

4. The Universal Dimmer will extend network range of nearby devices by automatically meshing to devices at the edge of the network. 10km+ (6+ mile) network range is common for networks incorporating devices spread out over large areas such as farms and cities. The Universal Dimmer will extend battery life of nearby battery powered sensors by automatically relaying messages, allowing sensors to reduce transmit power and stay asleep. Building materials such as metal, concrete, metal stud walls, and metal paneling will affect indoor through-wall range. GrowFlux Mesh typically performs with 100-300 foot range through concrete floors, CMU walls, brick walls, metal stud walls, and low-e coated windows. GrowFlux Mesh Repeaters or any GrowFlux Mesh enabled (non-battery powered) device can be used to extend wireless range for all GrowFlux Mesh enabled devices.

As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. Payment is captured as soon as the order is placed. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available, switch your product, or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for shipment we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment. Please see current estimated lead times on the product page for each product.

Order Shipment

Most products ship within 2 to 3 business days from the date of your order (unless indicated on the product page). Some items take a bit longer to ship since they are built to order (i.e. ChilLED Tech, Trimmers, etc). We will send you tracking information as soon as it is available. If a week has gone by and you do not have tracking information yet, please reach out to us.

U.S. Shipping

We are based in Portland, Oregon with warehouses nationwide. We offer FREE shipping in the lower 48 states (sometimes to HI and AK, too) via FedEx, UPS, USPS or other major couriers (product/brand dependent). Expedited shipping is usually available for an extra cost. Contact us before your purchase if you prefer an expedited shipping method and we will get you a quote.

After the order is processed, allow 2 to 7 business days for the product(s) to reach you if shipped to a U.S. address. We can ship to PO boxes in some cases. We recommend using a street/residential address instead.

International Orders

Nearly all of our brands can be shipped internationally using FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or other couriers. Most quotes can be obtained at checkout. If not, please email us to receive a shipping quote for lights shipped outside of the USA. You may also place an order on our online store for items that require a quote and we will notify you via email on the exact shipping costs. 

Some items/brands can be shipped for free.

Items shipped internationally from the USA may have VAT, duties, taxes, and/or local charges due at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not LED Grow Lights Depot.


If you need to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us ASAP. We charge a 2.9% (credit card), 3.5% (PayPal/Venmo), 4.0% (PayPal International), 4.1% (American Express), or 6.5% (Shop Pay Installments or Sezzle) order cancellation fee after the order was received. We can accommodate most requests, but due to the different time zones and schedules that our warehouses ship from, sometimes the cancellation request may not reach the warehouse in time before the product ships. Once the item has been arranged to ship or has shipped, the package will be treated like a 'return' and is subject to ship-back fees and restocking fees. If you purchased 'Route Package Protection', this can not be refunded after the order has shipped. 

All EZTrim orders are final and non-refundable or returnable.

Route Refunds vs Reorders

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, but please note that items can only be replaced depending on in-stock availability. All reorders have Route Shipping Protection added, for free!

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

Issues can be approved no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered Orders over $100 USD require a police report

Does Route Protect cover stolen items?

Yes! When you insure your orders with Route Protect, stolen items are eligible for reorders or refunds.

What if I need to cancel or return my order?

LED Grow Lights Depot can only reimburse you for Route package protection if the order has not shipped yet. If an order is cancelled en route or if you want to return your order, we cannot refund you for the Route package protection. No partial refunds for Route will be granted.
